Role SummaryThe HR Manager is responsible for leading the human resources department in Mexico, ensuring that all people-related strategies align with business objectives. This role focuses on scaling the workforce, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring full compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law .Qualifications & RequirementsEducation : Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management , Psychology, or Business Administration.Experience : 4-8+ years of progressive HR experienceLanguage : Fully bilingual ( Spanish and English ) to coordinate with global leadership.Work EnvironmentLocation : On-site in Monterrey, Nuevo León .This position pays in MXN PESOS, 45k-55K per month.
