Our purpose, team, and company culture are amazing, and our Great Place to Work® certification in Mexico says it all What You’ll Be Doing As a core member of the Global Leadership Development team, you will design and facilitate leadership development programs across regions at scale. This role requires a seasoned leadership development professional with expertise in solution design, strong facilitation skills (virtual and in-person), and a deep understanding of leadership practices, theories, and emerging trends including AI in leadership. You’ll report to the Director, Learning & Development. You’ll contribute to the success of your team and leaders through managing training programs. During a Typical Day, You’ll Partner with business leaders to understand needs and design targeted development solutions Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across regions, guiding them through the full leadership development journey Design and deliver short- and long-term leadership interventions, including workshops, coaching, and team development experiences Lead high-impact sessions on leadership and behavioral skills in both virtual and in-person formats Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely delivery across stakeholders Develop and apply assessment tools to measure program effectiveness, use data insights to drive continuous improvement What You Bring To The Role Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field 5–7 years of experience in leadership development, with a proven track record in global program design and delivery Strong grasp of leadership theories, adult learning principles, and coaching methodologies Exceptional facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings (certifications preferred) Experience working with and supporting leaders globally and supporting diverse cultures Ability to influence and engage senior leaders and stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable across audiences Proficiency with learning platforms (e.g., LMS) and digital tools Strong analytical skills to assess impact and report outcomes What You Can Expect Supportive of your career and professional development An inclusive culture and community-minded organization where giving back is encouraged A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values Ask us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefits And yes... a great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement) Visit https://mybenefits.ttec.com/ for more information Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
