The Role You will lead and grow a software development team in our Manufacturing & Supply Chain group. The team will build next‑generation, cloud‑native production‑execution applications for Fortune 500 customers in engineering, chemical, and oil & gas industries. You will drive design and delivery of high‑quality software, mentor engineers, and champion best practices in architecture and quality. Your Impact Take end‑to‑end ownership (Development, QA, Release, Support) for the software development teams. Collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to develop detailed product requirements and specifications. Take responsibility for the planning, execution, and success of technical projects. Keep current with emerging software development technologies, including AI. Engage development teams with best practices for architecture and technology (microservices, component reuse, and cloud application design patterns) and quality processes (code reviews, test automation, metrics). Recruit, retain, and develop software engineering talent. Partner with other development teams in a coordinated working environment. What You'll Need Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, software engineering discipline, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred. Three+ years of experience managing software development teams. Five+ years of full‑stack development experience, including C++/C#/ .NET and relational databases. Experience with other object‑oriented languages such as Java and/or Azure DevOps is a plus. VueJS, Typescript and React expertise is a plus. Experience in Web and Desktop client‑server interactions and architecture. Experience in database architecture design, optimization, and querying. Hands‑on software development. Experience with Agile development methodology and principles; experience with the SAFe agile framework is a plus. Experience preparing software specifications (use cases, architecture/design documents, etc.). Collaborative ability with managers, technical leads, quality and design teams. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and convey complex information clearly. Exceptional technical project management skills, including scope and delivery. Demonstrated technology leadership and mentorship. English fluency (written and verbal) required.
