Since its inception, CG has grown from accessories into a lifestyle brand, selling everything from ready-to-wear to shoes, a world of Gaia.Job Purpose: The Logistics Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end movement of goods across our global supply chain. This role is responsible for ensuring product flows efficiently from vendors to distribution centers and ultimately to customers—on time, compliant, and cost-effective. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment with both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day logistics operations across inbound, outbound, and internal transfer movements using NetSuite ERPReview and approve packing slips, shipping documents, and freight invoices to ensure accuracy and complianceApprove and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokersMonitor and track shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery and proactively resolve delays or exceptionsCoordinate closely with in-house and 3PL distribution centers to support receiving, fulfillment, and inventory flowSupport Production and Product Development teams with inbound shipments, vendor issues, routing decisions, and delivery timelinesOversee and support intercompany and in-house inventory transfers between locationsEnsure proper documentation procurement (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.) and manage internal escalations as neededMaintain compliance with all local, federal, and international logistics regulations, including U.S.Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirementsPartner with vendors and logistics providers to negotiate rates, manage service levels, and drive continuous improvementDevelop, document, and maintain logistics SOPs and best practicesAnalyze logistics performance data, costs, and KPIs; prepare reports and recommendations for leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Production, and Planning to align logistics execution with business needsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field5+ years of logistics experience, preferably within fashion, apparel, or consumer goodsStrong working knowledge of transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and inventory managementHands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (logistics, inventory, or supply chain modules preferred)Familiarity with import/export compliance and customs regulations (CBP experience strongly preferred)Proven ability to manage multiple shipments, vendors, and priorities simultaneouslyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsWhat we offerMedical, Dental, Vision & Dependent Coverage401K with company matchLife InsurancePet InsurancePTOPaid Sick LeaveClothing AllowanceReferral Program #J-18808-Ljbffr
