Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Technician to deploy and support laptops, printers, and mobile devices within our Mexico City operations.
You will lead technical tasks, coordinate asset management, and mentor junior technicians while ensuring timely resolution of IT issues in a dynamic environment. The role requires hands-on hardware skills, ITSM tooling experience, strong communication, and bilingual Spanish/English capabilities.
