The team values precision, compliance, and clear communication, and is dedicated to supporting clients through timely and accurate legal work.Role Overview / Context for CandidateThe Real Estate Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting commercial lease review and the initial drafting of Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs). This position ensures attorneys can focus on high-level analysis by managing document preparation, review, and preliminary drafting with meticulous attention to detail.
