Our team of experienced engineers works with modern and proven design techniques to ensure the smooth implementation of our projects.Vacancy: HR ManagerLocation: MX Office, Puebla, Puebla (MX)We are a leading Engineering company looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team.As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding processes, assistance in payroll process, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, and a trusted partner to leadership and employees.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local labour and employment laws.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.Manage HRIS systems.Receive and communicate worker in/out orders.Complete new employee set up process in ADP, Clock in/out system, SAP, IT equipment, etc, making sure they are properly onboarded.Assist Payroll Admin during the process, providing relevant data.Handle employee questions and issues, providing support and clarification to employees.Assist in International MobilitySupervise day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.Partner with HR team members and managers to support workforce planning and talent development strategies.Prepare HR reports and metrics for HR leadership and audit purposes.Promote a positive employer brand by delivering a high-quality candidate experience.Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations issues, and conflict resolution.Support performance management processes, including coaching, discipline, and terminations.Design, implement and control the organization's administrative system.Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and budget variances.Coordinate internal and external audits.Evaluate job performance and propose improvement plans.Aligning staff management with the budget and business strategy.Manage contracts with external suppliers and services.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).8 years of progressive HR experience in generalist roles.Strong knowledge of MX labor laws and HR best practices.In-depth knowledge of MX. employment laws (Payroll, LFT, labor relations, etc)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual (English/Spanish) - MandatoryWhat We OfferA great opportunity to join a dynamic project with high potential of growth worldwide.Competitive salary and benefits package.
