DESCRIPTION Escorting of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning. Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes Analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes. Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAs Developing of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly tools Selection, design and of equipment Project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects) Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshops QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration 1 to 3 years of professional experience. Experience at an OEM Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically in Assembly Equipment Planning and Process Planning. Knowledge of ergonomics and automotive Ergonomics Standards is an advantage Knowledge in Kanban Systematic CATIA Willingness to travel Fluent English German A2 (is a plus) MAKING IMPOSSIBLE THINGS POSSIBLE WITH YOU. #J-18808-Ljbffr
