Summary About the Role: Responsible for managing Medical Expertise (ME) and Key Accounts to support Novartis clinical research and therapeutic strategy. Key Responsibilities Ensure appropriate identification and association of MEs/Key Accounts and find opportunities to engage MEs when a medical need is identified. Develop ME engagement plans to optimally prioritize and engage strategically in line with the country’s strategy. Respond to unsolicited ME information requests. Inform and form the medical strategy by taking impactful knowledge of MEs, assisting Novartis clinical research programs, optimizing trial execution, and providing scientific support to potential and actual sites in collaboration with clinical operations. Facilitate the process of Trials Initiated by Investing (IIT) at the request of an investigator. Serve as a medical resource for the area of disease and training in compounds/products for colleagues in the field matrix. Notify of technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. Essential Requirements University degree in life science is mandatory; physician (MD) is desirable. Proven experience in similar roles, preferably working in oncology. Proficient in English and Spanish. Cross‑functional collaboration experience. Strategic mindset, agile learning ability, and strong communication skills. Availability to conduct up to 90% field work.
