We’re a New York–based Managed Service Provider specializing in IT support and cybersecurity, and we’re searching for a Senior Systems Engineer who’s ready to take charge. You’ll manage complex client systems, troubleshoot high-level issues, and lead by example as you prepare for a future leadership role. What You’ll Do Own System Performance: Manage and optimize Office 365 configurations, including SharePoint sites, Exchange servers, and device management policies. Solve Complex IT Challenges: Troubleshoot advanced network, software, and email issues with speed and accuracy. Stay on Top of Tickets: Resolve at least 10 support tickets daily, ensuring every client interaction is handled promptly and professionally. Fortify Cybersecurity: Create and enforce IT policies that protect systems and data across multiple environments. Lead and Mentor: Support junior IT staff, share expertise, and foster a proactive, high-performance team culture. Drive Improvements: Identify inefficiencies and introduce smarter ways to manage infrastructure, without waiting to be told. What You Bring Proven success as a Level 2 Systems Engineer or higher, with ambition to step into a leadership position. Expertise with Office 365, Azure, and strong understanding of networking principles and cybersecurity best practices. A track record of proactive problem-solving and continuous system enhancement. Excellent English communication skills, clear, calm, and client-ready. Experience working in healthcare IT or cybersecurity environments (a major plus). Commitment to closing tickets consistently while maintaining outstanding service quality. A sharp, analytical mind that thrives on structure, improvement, and accountability.
