NPI ENGINEERPurposeReporting to the Stick Development Manager, the NPI Engineer provides product, process and quality support to the Stick Business Unit for the full lifecycle of products.Key AccountabilitiesRepresent the on-site eyes for everything involving R&D, working closely with manufacturers to drive process improvements, quality improvements, and cost efficiencies recommendations.Collaborate with selected internal and external manufacturers to gain greater insights, evolve and improve our processesSupport in developing new manufacturing methods that drive greater efficiency and higher qualitySupport in introducing, troubleshooting, and delivering industry leading technologiesWork closely with internal and external manufacturers to facilitate new product developmentTake the lead on quality assurance by providing stick developers with insights during development phasesEnsure implementation of SOP, training and other quality assurance documents at factoryAudit factories on regular basis and raise appropriate flags when quality risks are apparentKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, material or industrial) combined with 5+ years of manufacturing experience with an understanding of international supply chains.Any other pertinent experience may be considered.Visa and Passport.Experience in Consumer Products Goods and / or sporting goods is an asset.Experience in Composite (thermoset and thermoplastic) is an asset.Experience in Quality Control is an assetIn-depth knowledge of product design, development, and manufacturing processes.Familiarity with the following software and operation system : MSOFFICE, MS PROJECT.Bilingualism (English and Spanish).Global thinking and available to travel internationally 3 to 4 times a year.Apodaca, N.L.Employment DetailsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada: Lunes a viernesPostulation Questions¿Cuenta con Visa y Pasaporte vigentes?¿Tiene experiencia en materiales compuestos (termoestables y termoplásticos)?¿Cuenta con conocimiento profundo de los procesos de diseño, desarrollo y fabricación de productos?¿Maneja o ha manejado MS PROJECT y MSOFFICE?EscolaridadLicenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)IdiomaIngles bilingüe (Obligatorio) #J-18808-Ljbffr
