Asistir al CEO en temas administrativos. Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Asistente / Office Manager. Empresa transnacional del sector de retail. Principales responsabilidades Gestión y agenda a nivel dirección Gestión de agenda personal (Visas, citas, colegiaturas, tramites migratorios, etc) Coordinación de choferes Coordinación de viajes y transporte Organización de comidas de visitantes de otros países Elaboración de Minutas Coordinación de coffebreaks Control de gastos y apoyo con expenses reports Seguimiento a clientes internos y externos Control de documentación, renovaciones de visas, pasaportes y tramites migratorios Apoyo y seguimiento con tramites y documentaciones legales Trato con proveedores Seguimiento de llamadas y correos Presentaciones a nivel dirección Inglés avanzado indispensable Proactiva Inteligencia emocional Sentido de urgencia Fuerte tolerancia a la frustración Calidad en procesos Resiliencia Paciente Estable Disponibilidad para viajar cuando se llegue a requerir Culta Facilitadora de recursos Comunicación efectiva buena habilidad para uso de Excel Estructurada Atención al detalle Sueldo: $50,000 - 60,000 MXN Brutos + prestaciones superiores de ley.
