Wabtec Corporation is a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions and value-added services for freight and transit rail.With nearly four centuries of collective experience across Wabtec, GE Transportation and Faiveley Transport, the company offers unmatched digital expertise, technological innovation, and world-class manufacturing and services that enable the digital‑rail-and‑transit ecosystems.Wabtec has approximately 27,000 employees in facilities worldwide.This role supports HR initiatives and executes regional and corporate programs, helping to attract, develop, retain, and engage talent throughout Wabtec to deliver business goals.Job ResponsibilitiesExecution of transactional core Human Resource (HR) processes, such as coordinating new associate orientation, onboarding, and exit interviews.Drive an inclusive and diverse culture.Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition in recruitment and staffing plans for interns and salaried positions.Lead HR Labor Audits for Mexico sites.Lead HR labor reforms projects.Lead the training strategy.Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Provide technical, customer relations, and general support for major initiatives and projects.Maintain and track HR compliance programs.Perform all other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of HR experience.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law.Ability to conduct training programs.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem‑resolution skills and learning agility.Wabtec Corporation is committed to taking on the world’s toughest challenges.
