Your Role And Responsibilities Formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation. Creating well‑documented tenders in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs. Managing the preparation of technical, financial, and if required, project management aspects of the bid, estimate, and quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions. Ensuring that inputs for editing activities related to bidding, estimating, and quotation preparation are provided in a timely manner and in accordance with the established quality procedures. Qualifications For The Role Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field with strong electrical knowledge. Experience in electrical proposals and familiarity with ANSI/IEC Low and Medium Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers. Background in packaging, electrical services, bus duct systems, electrification, and power distribution. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Minimum 70% English proficiency with conversational skills. Clear communication, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, self‑management, and willingness to self‑learn. Focus on continuous improvement, intercultural sensitivity, and active teamwork. More About Us Business Area: ABB – Electrification Distribution Solutions (ELDS). This position is part of the proposals team within the technical and commercial solutions department for low and medium voltage switchboards and motor control centers. The main objective is to develop comprehensive proposals that meet customer requirements while aligning with ABB’s technical and commercial standards. Location San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
