Hiring: Senior Illustrator / Sketcher / Cartoonist

We are hiring experienced Senior Illustrators, Sketchers, and Cartoonists for a short-term 4-week contract project with our gig-platform client.

Role: Senior Illustrator

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience

Contract: Short-term, 4 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Commitment: Full-time, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Schedule: 4 hours of overlap with PST required

Employment Type: Contractor assignment

Compensation: Paid per task

Location: Argentina, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Brazil, Egypt, Ghana, and India

The pay rate is USD $6–$9 per hour, converted to your local currency.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality stylized illustrations based on creative briefs
• Adapt and replicate different illustration styles accurately
• Create variations while maintaining visual consistency
• Work on composition, lighting, texture, characters, and environments
• Document prompts, style choices, and metadata
• Incorporate feedback and deliver polished, production-ready work

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Illustrator, Sketcher, Cartoonist, or similar
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple styles
• Strong understanding of composition, color, and lighting
• Ability to render characters, scenes, and environments
• Ability to replicate different art styles accurately
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Good time management
