Process Engineer Position We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our processes and compliance with company indicators. The ideal candidate will develop standard work systems, balance manufacturing lines based on time and motion studies, execute continuous improvement activities in cross-functional teams, and guarantee the use of continuous improvement tools for project implementation. This role involves developing new products and processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools provided by "Core Tools". Ongoing tasks include designing work tooling such as Specialized Reference Documents (SRD), Hand Tools, Molds etc... Duties: Mainly responsible for training new manufacturing process personnel. Cross functional teamwork involved Possibility of transferring production lines or machinery from one business unit to another The job includes transfers of Parker Products between Business unitsInvestigating potential investment opportunities for new technologies.Manufacturing samples meeting customer specifications.Parker relies heavily on employee's problem-solving abilities to deliver excellent service internally & externally. ,l
