The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self‑motivated, able to handle confidential information and have a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.Job RequirementsCan lift up to 49 pounds, stand / walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and be able to frequently push pull squat bend and reach.Work 48 hours / week and overtime as required.Work a flexible schedule / shift / work area including weekends, nights and / or holidays.Key Job ResponsibilitiesSupporting Warehouse Site Leader with facilities to excel at their job.Photocopying, typing, meeting notes, making travel arrangements.Creating presentations using graphics.Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events and coordinating meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.Leading Daily / Weekly / Monthly Operational meetings as needed and documenting follow‑up actions.Curate key documents for the Site.Participate in coordination of dynamics for operations teams.About the TeamInclusive team cultureAt Amazon we embrace our differences and are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.
