Account Solution Engineer - Public Sector The role is based in São Paulo and functions as a Pre‑Sales Consultant or Sales Consultant. The Solution Engineer presents product offerings and architecture to prospects and customers, evokes confidence in Salesforce’s technology, and removes technical objections throughout the sales cycle. Your Impact in Our Team Understand the customer’s needs and position Salesforce’s products as the optimal solution. Build and present customized demos of Salesforce products. Convey deep knowledge of the customer’s technology stack and its relevance to Salesforce solutions. Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and obtain certifications to maintain and expand expertise. Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management. Be prepared to travel based on territory alignment and regional requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre‑Sales Engineer, Customer Success, or a similar role. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to collaborate within a team to resolve technical challenges across diverse environments. Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technologies. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications. Industry experience.
