Vallarta Supermarket Team Members support day-to-day operations by working collaboratively with other team members and departments.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and assist them with questions, product locations, and general informationHandle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous mannerOperate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently (if assigned to a cash handling position)Keep customer service areas safe, clean, organized and well-stockedCommunicate effectively with other departments (e.g., deli, bakery, produce) to fulfill customer needsAdhere to all store policies and health/safety regulationsAssist and participate with Company marketing promotional events and programs as neededLift boxes ranging from 20-60 lbs.
