About the Job We are currently seeking a Lifting Specialist to join our project team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Responsibilities Your main missions and responsibilities will be to: Day‐to‐day coordination of all crane and rigging activities on the project Premobilization inspection of cranes for the project Execute heavy lift activities for the project Ensure adherence to the safety program Specific roles and responsibilities within these areas: Oversee crane lifts, proper rigging practices, crane inspections Crane safety – write green lift documents and critical lift type “A” documents Perform rigging inspections/audits Perform crane inspections/audits Supervise critical lifts of contractors Evaluate/audit crane operator, rigger and signal person qualifications About You We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements: 4+ years experience on EPC projects Fluent English Inclusion Standards In our continuous journey to developing and building a culture of inclusion, we adhere to four Inclusion Gold Standards: We challenge our biases and embrace diversity of thought No one has all the knowledge and solutions, collectively we do We foster a caring environment where people are respected, comfortable to share and be heard We promote active listening for effective decision and action Next Steps Once receiving your application, a recruiter performs an initial check between your skills and qualifications with our stated requirements prior to a detailed and focused review carried with the hiring manager.
