Exchange & SharePoint Specialist (M365 – Online/Hybrid) 100% Remote | Salary in USD (via Deel) | Growth Opportunities We are looking for an experienced Exchange & SharePoint Specialist to join our global team and provide end‑to‑end operational, administrative, and technical support across Microsoft Exchange Online/Hybrid and SharePoint Online / On‑Premises environments. If you’re passionate about stability, security, governance, and automation—this role is for you. Exchange (EX/EXO) Manage hybrid configurations, connectors, mail routing & synchronization Oversee mailbox provisioning, protection & retention policies Handle incidents, service requests & changes SharePoint Manage permissions, external sharing & governance policies Perform migrations, backups & restores Automation & Documentation Develop PowerShell scripts for operational efficiency Maintain runbooks, diagrams & technical documentation Recommend process improvements & automation initiatives Cross-Platform Work Work under ITIL processes (Incident, SRM, CM, PBM) Qualifications Strong hands‑on experience with Exchange Online/Hybrid Proficiency in SharePoint administration & governance Knowledge of compliance, audit, permissions & data governance Experience with patching, monitoring & reporting Ability to write and maintain documentation and SOPs Advance English level What We Offer Opportunities for growth and development Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Project Management Industries Technology, Information and Media #J-18808-Ljbffr
