The CSR is expected to partner with other CSRs across the world, as well as with site and regional leadership.As a Customer Support Analyst your functions would consist ofAdvanced English , as this role has daily communication with native speakers.~ Intermediate Excel knowledge (data entry and editing, formulas, pivot tables).~6 months – 1 year of experience with administrative tasks (document filing and organization, purchase order or invoice management, customer support).~ It could be from Monday to Sunday (resting 2 days), from a schedule range between 06:00 am - 11:00 pmInternal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Specialized training according to the role.Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
