Process Engineer: Test & Validation (J51848) 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from BOE Technology Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico Key Responsibilities: Process & Standards Management: Maintain, update, and enhance engineering test procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Technical Documentation: Create, interpret, and analyze 3D models, 2D drawings, prototypes, assembly fixtures, and product structures. Project & Objective Support: Support the establishment and achievement of departmental and project-specific objectives for new and existing models. Process Development: Develop and implement robust test processes, workflows, and control systems to improve product quality and reliability. Production Monitoring: Efficiently monitor production processes, test yields, and schedules to identify bottlenecks and ensure adherence to plans. Continuous Improvement: Lead and implement process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) within the production and test areas. Efficiency Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to minimize production costs and maximize operational efficiency. Training & Guidance: Train new team members and provide necessary technical guidance to production and technician staff. Team Coordination: Delegate tasks effectively to product technicians and provide oversight to ensure completion. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in a process engineering, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering role within an electronics or electromechanical assembly environment. Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office Suite, practical experience with 2D/3D design software, experience with SAP. Language: Fluent in English, capable of using it effectively as a working language for communication, documentation, and reporting.
