Buscamos a un Director of Engineering que lidere el lanzamiento al mercado y el escalamiento masivo de la plataforma, preparada para operar con millones de dispositivos y flujos de datos en tiempo real.Este rol es clave para transformar una solución avanzada en un producto global, resiliente y listo para crecer sin fricción.Principales responsabilidades:Liderar la integración y evolución de distintas arquitecturas en una sola plataforma escalable.Preparar el producto para su salida a mercado y operación a gran escala.Diseñar y supervisar sistemas de alta concurrencia, baja latencia y tiempo real (IoT / data streams).Construir y escalar equipos de ingeniería de alto desempeño.Definir la visión técnica que habilite crecimiento acelerado sin comprometer estabilidad.A quién buscamosLíder técnico con experiencia en plataformas de alta escalaIndispensable experiencia en los siguientes proyectos de logística, IoT, fintech, movilidad, geolocalización.Background sólido en sistemas distribuidos, arquitecturas orientadas a eventos y real-time processing.Experiencia llevando productos de desarrollo a producción global.Capacidad para liderar líderes, tomar decisiones estratégicas y ejecutar bajo presión.Inglés conversacional indispensable.Ofrecemos:Esquema 100% remoto.Atractivo rango salarialPrestaciones superioresProyecto de alto impacto con retos técnicos a gran escala.En caso de cumplir con TODOS los requisitos, Postúlate por este medio
