Find your fit — and your future. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Application Security Analyst to join our growing cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities within our software applications across the development lifecycle. You will work closely with software developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure secure coding practices, threat modeling, and compliance with industry standards. About the Job Perform security assessments and code reviews on web, mobile, and cloud-based applications. Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the SDLC (Secure Development Life Cycle). Conduct static (SAST), dynamic (DAST), and software composition (SCA) analysis. Identify and document security vulnerabilities using tools and manual techniques. Recommend appropriate remediation steps and verify fixes. Participate in threat modeling and design reviews to assess security implications of new features and systems. Stay current with the latest security threats, tools, and technologies. Assist with incident response related to application-level threats or breaches. Provide training and guidance to development teams on secure coding practices. About You Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and documentation skills Ability to work in fast-paced, security-sensitive environments Collaboration and teamwork across IT security domains Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in application security, penetration testing, or related role. Familiarity with secure coding standards (e.g., OWASP Top 10, CWE/SANS). Understanding of modern web technologies, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
