The specific base pay within this range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. MXN Range: MXN 463,100 - MXN 609,100 (figures pertain to workers in Mexico)Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue AccountingResponsibilitiesParticipate in the customer billing process, including creating/sending invoices to customers, resolving customer payment disputes, keeping track of customer agreements and invoices, and the day-to-day correspondence of customer inquiries regarding invoicingTake charge of the collections process, including applying payments received in Stripe and Netsuite and managing communications with customers to ensure that past due balances are paidOwn the customer onboarding process, including filling out customer vendor forms and setting up and maintaining customer portal accountsPartner with cross functional teams to be a point of contact regarding billing questionsStreamline the AR process through process improvements and automationIn addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.About youYou’ll thrive as a Senior Billing Analyst if you:Have Accounts Receivable experience with knowledge in invoicing, applying payments, and performing month-end proceduresHave experience with Netsuite, Stripe, Salesforce CPQ, Avalara, Anrok, Bill.com, Coupa, and other billing platformsAre accustomed to managing a large transaction volumeAre experienced working in an environment where processes and procedures are being developedAre a detail-oriented individual with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skillsHave business-level fluency to read, write and speak in EnglishEven if you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying.
