We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Platform Manager Director

What´ll you do:

  • Work with the Head of Modern Workplace Technology to shape and drive the awareness, execution, and success of Modern Workplace Technology capabilities and technologies, with a particular (but not limited to) focus on Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity services related to Modern Workplace
  • Provide technology leadership around identifying, defining, creating and operationalizing capabilities and technologies for a large enterprise customer with a focus on (but not limited to) the Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity spaces and relating primarily (but not limited) to Microsoft technology.
  • Identify, create, and ensure capabilities and technology roadmaps are properly priortized, scoped.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the partner technical organizations to ensure alignment at strategic, tactical and operational level. Aim to maximize quality of Modern Workplace Collaboration, Messaging, Security, and Productivity services and improvements supported by technology and driven by effectiveness and efficiencies.

Preferred experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering related field.
  • 15 + years experience in a global organization as leading technology delivery
  • 10+ years experience in Information Technology and delivering solutions on Microsoft platforms
  • 5+ years experience managing or implementing technologies based on Microsoft Office 365 or Azure.
  • Experience with delivery management; operation management; service management; infrastructure and operations for global company
  • Experience in managing a multi-location service delivery organization, including off-shore sites
  • Management of small organization (2-10 members)
  • Experience with operations start up ; transitions and transformation and optimization
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within teams
  • Passion to work within a fast paced, high energy, high tech environment
  • Strong team building and talent management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and/or teams across multiple functions.
  • Must be a strategic thinker with have strong interpersonal/influential skills
