Buscamos un Full Stack Developer con experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web end-to-end para co-crear y liderar proyectos enfocados en el diseño, construcción y optimización de plataformas escalables que integren front‑end, back‑end y bases de datos, garantizando experiencias de usuario fluidas y soluciones tecnológicas robustas. Modalidad de trabajo Ofrecemos un esquema híbrido que equilibra la flexibilidad del trabajo remoto con la colaboración presencial, permitiendo la mejor sinergia entre innovación y equipo. Funciones y Responsabilidades del Trabajo Apoyar en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de aplicaciones web completas. Colaborar con equipos de diseño y desarrollo para crear interfaces de usuario intuitivas y atractivas. Asistir en la implementación y gestión de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales. Contribuir a la creación y consumo de APIs para la integración de servicios. Participar en la implementación de medidas de seguridad y escalabilidad en aplicaciones. Realizar pruebas y depuración de código bajo la supervisión de desarrolladores senior. Colaborar en procesos de despliegue continuo y gestión de versiones. Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías de la IA. Requisitos Título en Ingeniería Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o título similar. Experiencia de 1‑2 años. Experiencia básica en desarrollo tanto front‑end como back‑end. Conocimientos sólidos de HTML, CSS y JavaScript. Dominio en React y Tailwind. Dominio en Python. Experiencia desarrollando en Next.js. Experiencia en el consumo de APIs para la consulta de bases de datos, generación y descarga de archivos, y demás funcionalidades de la plataforma. Habilidades de UX/UI son un plus. Capacidad para resolver problemas y aprender nuevas tecnologías rápidamente. Soft skills: liderazgo, comunicación, habilidades de trabajo en equipo y orientación al detalle. Dominio del Inglés.
