As we grow, we're expanding our creative team to enhance how we communicate our vision to clients.About the RoleWe're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural 3D Renderist to join our design team. This role is critical in bringing our outdoor living projects to life—creating hyper-realistic, emotionally engaging renderings for turf installations, patios, pergolas, and complete landscape transformations.You'll collaborate with landscape designers, project managers, and marketing to deliver compelling visual assets that support design development, client presentations, and promotional campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality 3D landscape renderings and animations using SketchUp, Lumion or D5, and PhotoshopInterpret design plans and sketches to develop photorealistic visualsCollaborate with designers and project managers to refine concepts and align with client expectationsCreate visuals for presentations, client approvals, and marketing useEnsure consistency, detail, and realism in all rendered environmentsManage feedback loops efficiently and communicate clearly with cross-functional teamsRequirementsFluent in English (written and spoken) – requiredBachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field2+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization with a strong landscape-focused portfolioProficiency in SketchUp, Lumion or D5 Render, and Adobe PhotoshopSolid understanding of landscaping elements, including materials, grading, hardscape layouts, lighting, and plant designExcellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail, design, and compositionStrong communication skills; able to interpret complex briefs and provide timely updatesSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely across international time zonesPreferred Qualifications (Bonus)Experience with Unreal Engine or VR environmentsFamiliarity with AI-enhanced rendering tools (Photoshop Beta, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)Animation or short video rendering experienceAutoCAD experience or similar drafting softwareWhy Join UsWork with a passionate and collaborative team transforming outdoor spacesFlexible remote work and project-based opportunitiesExposure to high-impact projects across California and beyondOpportunity to grow within a forward-thinking, design-driven companyCareers Page: https://havenhub.com/careers/HavenHub is an equal opportunity employer.
