Responsibilities Implements the procurement of various components to support production while negotiating with suppliers on cost efficiency and delivery times. Monitors sales records, inventory levels, purchase orders, and reports them to management. Ensures purchase transactions are processed promptly and that deliveries satisfy assigned orders. Researches customer product preferences, supplier prices, and the competitive environment in the existing market. Coordinates contracts and purchases of goods and services with suppliers. Assists in stock allocation to stores via the organization’s order system. Qualifications Good experience in indirect procurement (5+ years). Previous experience in shared service environment. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and other relevant tools. Experience with SAP PR2, S/4. Very good English language skills in speech and writing; additional European language on top of Polish preferred. Experience in diversified industrial products/manufacturing industry preferred.
