Esta plataforma innovadora se enfoca en automatizar flujos de trabajo clave como finanzas, impuestos, asuntos legales, nóminas y recaudación de fondos, permitiendo a los fundadores escalar más rápido. Sobre el Rol Buscamos un Head of Engineering responsable de dar forma a la visión técnica a nivel de liderazgo, fortalecer la confiabilidad y construir el músculo de ingeniería que impulsa a la empresa. Espera una mezcla saludable de estrategia, arquitectura y codificación. Establecerás la dirección, harás explícitas las compensaciones (trade-offs) y seguirás siendo propietario de PRs (Pull Requests) significativos hasta que el equipo escale. Responsabilidades Principales Liderazgo Estratégico y Arquitectura de Plataforma IA : Define la estrategia tecnológica, la hoja de ruta y la arquitectura de referencia para los sistemas agénticos (LLMs, orquestación). Garantiza el cumplimiento de seguridad (SOC2-readiness, IAM) y la gobernanza de costos (FinOps). Ingeniería Práctica (Hands-on) y DevOps : Contribuye activamente con código hands‑on en Python / TypeScript , gestionando la orquestación de agentes, pipelines y APIs. Lidera el DevOps de extremo a extremo, incluyendo IaC (Terraform / CDK), CI / CD, observabilidad, y el diseño de on‑call. Confiabilidad (SRE) y Seguridad de Datos : Define y asegura el cumplimiento de SLOs y presupuestos de error. Se enfoca en reducir métricas clave (MTTR y tasa de fallas de cambio – DORA) y en la ingeniería preventiva. Implementa políticas de acceso y protección de datos sensibles (PII). Construcción de Equipo y Gestión de Stakeholders : Actúa como "player-coach" para contratar, mentorear y elevar el nivel de los ingenieros. Fomenta una cultura de calidad y documentación, y se asocia con Product AI para transformar problemas de clientes en soluciones escalables. Requisitos (Must‑Haves) 8-12+ años construyendo y escalando software en entornos de alto crecimiento. 3+ años liderando equipos como Head / Lead / VP-level o con un alcance equivalente. Dominio sólido del backend en Python y / o TypeScript. Experiencia con contenedores (Docker) y cloud (AWS o GCP). Conocimiento de IaC (Infraestructura como Código) y CI / CD. Experiencia práctica con LLMs / sistemas agénticos y orquestación de herramientas. Sólida comprensión de los flujos de datos y la seguridad / barreras de la IA (AI safety / guardrails). Fluidez en observabilidad y seguridad (OpenTelemetry o similar; IAM, secretos, hardening). Capacidad para la toma de decisiones basada en datos con excelente comunicación y inglés profesional.
