This role supports the administration of the sales system and ensures ultra-luxury service attention. Qualifications Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in the position, preferably in ultra-luxury hospitality. Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written). Plan and organize site inspections for groups, leisure clients, and events. Oversee VIP pre-arrival planning. Handle lead capturing, proposal creation, and provide backup support for the Sales System Administrator. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
