Project Manager as a Service (PMaaS) – Semi senior Automatización | RPA | IA | Agentes & Copilotos Buscamos PM Senior (PMaaS) para liderar proyectos globales de automatización inteligente , trabajando con RPA, agentes conversacionales y soluciones de IA , en un entorno multicultural (Europa y Asia). Modalidad: 100% remoto en la republica mexica (Contrato 100% nominal) Idioma: Inglés conversacional intermedio avanzado indispensable Duración: Proyecto de larga duración + extensiones Responsabilidades Clave Liderar proyectos end-to-end de automatización e IA Elaborar casos de negocio y planes de proyecto Gestión bajo modelo híbrido (Cascada + Agile) Coordinación de stakeholders, proveedores y equipos técnicos Gestión de riesgos, dependencias y aprobaciones Acompañamiento en UAT, testing y liberación a producción Seguimiento de la transición en Azure DevOps (QA → PROD) Coordinación con Arquitectura (ARB) y cierre de proyectos Gestión simultánea de múltiples proyectos (+5 / +8) Must Have (Indispensables) Experiencia Senior como Project Manager / PMaaS Experiencia en proyectos de automatización, RPA, IA o tecnología Inglés conversacional (uso diario con equipos globales) Experiencia trabajando con proveedores externos Conocimiento de Azure DevOps para gestión y transición a QA/PROD Gestión de proyectos end-to-end (UAT, go-live, soporte) Capacidad para defender alcance y prioridades Alta tolerancia a la frustración y manejo de presión Experiencia manejando múltiples proyectos en paralelo Nice to Have (Deseables) Experiencia con Power Platform / Azure Conocimiento de RPA, chatbots o IA generativa Experiencia en Design Thinking Participación en gestión del cambio Experiencia previa en programas de automatización a escala Certificaciones Agile / PMP / Scrum
