Technical Support Specialist Mexico To teach, control and supervise the processes of our customers so that they manufacture and install Deceuninck PVC windows and doors with high quality standards. Responsabilities: Manufacture and install windows for fairs and showrooms. Train the manufacturers of the network in the correct way to assemble windows with Deceuninck products, following the technical manuals. Be a back up and technical support for internal and external customers. Supervise the complete process of installation and assembly of doors and windows. Supervise the installation process from the design of windows to the delivery to the final customer. Advise the fabricator network on the correct specification of projects. Train customers on RA Workshop software. Follow all requirements related to BASC management systems that impact the process. Other duties as assigned that are within the scope of the position. Suspend activities in case of imminent risk. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Designer or careers related to the production and manufacturing area. Minimum of 5 years in areas related to the manufacture of PVC systems in production or plant. Desirable to use Microsoft Office tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
