Senior Analyst – Propulsion Technology Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, México About the Role Grade Level: 09. Electrification is fundamental to the current and future transition of the automotive industry. As we assist our client base in successfully navigating these challenges, we are looking for a curious automotive enthusiast with solid engineering acumen to expand and develop our knowledge and offerings in the electric motor / electric drive unit realm. The skills of this individual will help us maintain and deliver accurate, relevant propulsion technology forecasts, performing research to support our clients in making strategic decisions. This will help maintain our growth trajectory and further embed us as the industry partner of choice for objective insight on critical propulsion supply chain and technology topics. The detail‑oriented requirements of this role will serve as a solid platform for future growth in this dynamic organization. Responsibilities Perform research around current and future technologies critical to vehicle propulsion, covering both conventional and electrified powertrain technology. Focus on electric motors, inverters, critical combustion engine technologies, and fuel cell electric vehicles. Develop, build and maintain datasets that support our research perspectives, working as part of a global team. Be comfortable in outlining the content, methodology and value proposition of your research to existing and prospective clients. Liaise with internal stakeholders to drive collaboration on key strategic topics for mutual cross‑vertical benefit. Attend and represent the business at industry events, displaying comfort in networking environments. What We’re Looking For Fluency in English is essential. Knowledgeable in data manipulation techniques and full competency in Microsoft Excel‑based software is essential. Further, a more extensive understanding of data science and programming (e.g. KNIME, R, Python, MATLAB, etc.) is highly preferred, especially experience in automotive/engineering modelling software.
