Digital Marketing Specialist (Mid-Level, B2B) Location: LATAM (Remote) Role Type: Full-Time Contractor Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 USD/month (based on experience) Trial Period: 3 Months We’re building a smarter digital engine — one that blends content-led demand, fast-learning paid media, and high-performing web experiences. The Opportunity We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Digital pod — the team at the center of Ruvixx’s growth engine. You’ll architect, manage, and optimize campaigns that fuel our pipeline and our clients’. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to connect performance data to real business results. What You’ll Own Build and manage the digital growth engine across paid search/social, web, content syndication, and lead capture. Lead the Digital pod — setting priorities, maintaining quality, and fostering rapid experimentation. Design and manage measurement frameworks (GA4, GTM client + server-side, Looker Studio) to track and visualize performance. Oversee Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns: strategy, targeting, pacing, and creative optimization. Drive CRO and web performance through A/B testing, landing-page optimization, and UX improvements (Wix/WordPress, heatmaps). Partner with Marketing Ops to refine lead flow, scoring, and nurtures in Marketo/Salesforce. Develop and present data-backed digital strategies with clear hypotheses, budgets, and impact forecasts. What You Bring Performance & Attribution Expertise Advanced proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio. Strong understanding of UTM governance, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis. Paid Media Ops Proven experience with Google Ads (keyword strategy, negatives, pacing) and LinkedIn Ads (targeting, retargeting, creative testing). CRO & Web Performance Skilled in A/B testing, landing-page optimization, and Core Web Vitals. Ability to brief developers or designers with clarity and purpose. B2B Marketing & Automation Working knowledge of SEO, content syndication, and lead nurturing in Marketo or Salesforce. AI Literacy Practical use of AI tools for creative briefing, QA, and content repurposing. Soft Skills Storytelling with data — turning insights into client-ready narratives. Experimental mindset — test, learn, and scale what performs. Leadership — set high standards, align cross-functional teams, and keep momentum high. Your First 90 Days 30 Days: Audit digital channels, tracking, and lead flows. Deliver a measurement plan and fix key leaks. 60 Days: Launch 6–8 experiments across paid media and web; build performance dashboards; show early lift. 90 Days: Deliver a documented Digital Playbook — a repeatable framework of proven programs ready to scale.
