This position reports to the Regional Commercial Director and is part of the Energy+ Americas Commercial Team located in Mexico City working remotely to cover all Mexico territory. In this role, you will have the opportunity to : Execute LATAM strategic business plan, drive the business development strategy and execute Global Channel Management programs in assigned territories. Build best of class channel partner structure by adopting approved selection processes, securing presence in all targeted territories, managing / coordinating on-boarding and training activities. Adopt standard processes to successfully manage, engage, motivate partners with focus on fully using channel partner tools. Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. The essential requirements of the job include : Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience considered. Background in technology / equipment companies with more than 8 years of progressive experience in technical sales and industrial functions. Must have experience in dealing with channel partner and distribution. Experience with O\u2019G business and Refinery market (in special for Pemex facilities in Mexico) Native Spanish language Advanced in English. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environment Requirements : Ability to travel - 50 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb, any other physical requirements It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in : Sales Force tools knowledge Selling skills, Presentation skills, Negotiating skills Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
