Duties and Responsibilities Lead Colombia and Puerto Rico Accounting cycle Manage Governance of all processes related with Accounting & Project Accounting Support CFO and BUs with all requests related with US GAAP Guide all controls in country with Accounting Cycle and processes definition Be in compliance with all ICQs related with Accounting & Project Accounting Be the first point of contact for BUs & Countries for Actuals Reporting Administrate Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Exposures Support Compliance on Internal & External Audit preparation Work in conjunction with transactional teams in CR to standardize and improve finance processes Qualifications years’ experience in similar positions in Multinational Companies Fluent English Knowledge in US GAAP & IFRS Strong Interpersonal Skills Knowledge in Microsoft Office package.
