A QUIÉN VA DIRIGIDO ESTE PERFIL De carreras como Marketing, Relaciones comerciales, Relaciones internacionales, Administración o carreras afines. Que tengas buen manejo de la palabra, liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, negociación, trabajo en equipo y apertura a aprender nuevas cosas y apertura al feedback. A partir de 3 años de experiencia llevando a cabo la gestión de proyectos en agencias de marketing digital. TUS FUNCIONES Y ACTIVIDADES DIARIAS Aseguramiento de la entrega de los servicios a las cuentas asignadas cuidando la rentabilidad y los recursos. Control de tiempos y recursos en la entrega de los servicios. Ser un facilitador de los equipos y asegurar una correcta asignación de recursos manteniendo una buena salud laboral. Registro de minutas de juntas y seguimiento de pendientes. Desarrollo de planeaciones y estrategias en la gestión de proyectos. Aprendizaje y entendimiento de áreas transversales para la correcta solicitud y guía a los equipos. Tener una buena comunicación entre cliente y equipos, así como tener un buen mapeo de requerimientos. Contribuir a la optimización de recursos y a la generación de soluciones dentro del equipo. CONOCIMIENTOS Conocimiento de herramientas de gestor de proyectos. Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles de gestión de proyectos. TE OFRECEMOS Fondo de ahorro semestral + vales de despensa. Dia de cumpleaños. Modalidad de trabajo híbrido. (1 vez a la semana presencial) Sueldo de $15,000.00 a $17,000.00 pesos netos mensuales.
