The BCN Pricing CoE helps Bain deliver pricing expertise, speed, and competitiveness by co-developing and deploying repeatable pricing products and delivering client-specific analysis and solutions. The CoE operates in a fast-paced, innovative environment and offers professional development opportunities. Global transfer opportunities are available for high performers.The Pricing CoE provides a global experience with collaboration across pricing experts, Bain teams, and clients worldwide in an inclusive, collaborative culture.Where you’ll fit within the teamPricing CoE Manager brings specialized knowledge on client projects and IP delivery while leading multiple teams (2–3), coordinating across geographies and industries with expert partners, onshore managers, project teams, and clients.What you’ll do Leads multiple teams (2–3) comprising Project Leaders, Analysts, and Associates involved in project delivery and IP development. Identify and deploy resources and analytical tools to ensure timely, high-quality, error-free analysis and output. Understand client needs, adapt to project expectations, and resolve complex issues across work streams. Drive innovation within CoE through automation and IP development in collaboration with the COE Director, practice managers, and expert partners. Coach and mentor to develop the next level of leaders in the CoE; address professional development needs with feedback and solutions. Manage expectations and ensure a consistent, positive team experience across project teams, clients, and BCN teams. Lead client and team meetings; deliver clear, professional presentations to senior project team members, practice stakeholders, Bain teams, and clients. Foster collaborative relationships and uphold credibility within the system. Contribute to COE resource planning, recruitment, and overall development. About youCandidates should be graduates/post-graduates with strong academic records and a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in consulting/analytics with pricing or B2B strategy exposure. Ability to conduct external research and customer interviews. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, work planning, communication, and team-leading skills. Experience with project management, team management, coaching, and mentoring is important. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency with ETL or analytical tools (SQL, R, Tableau, Alteryx) is preferred. Prior consulting experience is required.
