We formulate, produce, and market gut, digestive, and microbiome health supplements — and performance marketing is a core growth driver for us.This is not a brand or content role.This role sits squarely in paid acquisition and performance creative.Role SnapshotWe’re looking for a Creative Strategist with a direct-response mindset, ideally someone who started as a copywriter and evolved into performance creative strategy.You will work closely with media buyers, copywriters, designers, and growth teams to develop, test, iterate, and scale ad creatives across paid channels (primarily Meta).Full-time, fully remote contractorB2C / DTC experience required (supplements or health a strong plus)Availability during EU hours (GMT)What You’ll Actually DoOwn performance creative strategy for paid media (Meta-focused)Develop angles, hooks, messaging frameworks, and iterationsTranslate data (CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS) into creative decisionsBuild and refine creative testing roadmapsBrief and iterate with copywriters, editors, and designersAnalyze winning vs losing creatives and scale what worksContinuously improve performance through structured experimentationThis role is about what converts, not what “looks good.”What We’re Looking ForProven experience in performance marketing creativeStrong copy background (ads, hooks, messaging — not just concepts)Hands‑on experience working with media buyersComfort owning results, not just deliverablesClear understanding of direct‑response psychologyAbility to move fast, test often, and iterateRequirementsSenior‑level experience in performance creative and/or direct-response copywritingProven exposure to paid media environments (Meta experience required)Strong understanding of conversion‑focused creative and testingFluency in English (CVs must be in English)Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, remote setupWhy Happy MammothCompetitive compensation aligned with senior performance rolesFully remote team with clear ownership and accountabilityOpportunity to work on high‑impact, high‑scale performance campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr
