H&M Sales Advisor - Temporada Tiempo Completo Ubicación: Veracruz, México Descripción del trabajo Como Sales Advisor, serás responsable de ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente. Encargarte de recibir y acompañar a los clientes en su recorrido por la tienda, promover activamente nuestros productos y brindar apoyo y orientación, utilizando tu conocimiento en moda y productos para proporcionar toda la información necesaria. Responsabilidades Ventas y rentabilidad del cliente: ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente, guiándolos en la experiencia omnicanal. Promover y vender nuestros productos de manera efectiva. Promover activamente la App de Fidelización de Clientes (Hello Member) y las iniciativas de sostenibilidad. Representar de manera positiva a H&M durante todas las interacciones. Apoyar en acciones comerciales u operativas junto con el equipo de Management para alcanzar metas de ventas. Actualizarse sobre moda, tendencias, marcas, productos y competidores, y compartir esta información con los clientes. Compartir y transmitir conocimientos y habilidades de servicio, moda y operaciones de la tienda con los colegas. Cumplir con todos los procedimientos, protocolos y requisitos legales. Dar y recibir retroalimentación con el equipo para fomentar aprendizaje y desarrollo. Participar en procesos de inducción, capacitaciones y cursos necesarios. Realizar el ciclo completo de las prendas, desde desempaque y reposición hasta planchado, garantizando buen cuidado. Operar áreas de probadores y cajas registradoras conforme a mejores prácticas. Contribuir a mantener piso de ventas y Back of the House ordenados y limpios. Apoyar en la presentación y ejecución de prendas, asegurando exhibiciones atractivas. Garantizar niveles óptimos de inventario mediante rutinas de reposición. Fomentar el servicio omnicanal y usar herramientas tecnológicas disponibles. Brindar apoyo en apertura y cierre de la tienda. Cumplir con normativas de salud y seguridad y requisitos legales.
