Overview We are looking for a proactive and experienced Paid Media Manager to drive successful marketing campaigns and contribute to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who is comfortable working remotely and is capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy and creatives. Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for landing page optimization to improve conversions. Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Be client-facing when necessary, providing updates and addressing concerns via Slack and calls. Continuously learn and apply best practices to ensure campaigns are delivering results. Requirements Over 5 years of experience in paid media management, specifically with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proven expertise in ad copy creation and campaign optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience in lead generation and landing page optimization. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Ability to be client-facing and handle client interactions confidently. A proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with a passion for exceeding expectations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Knowledge of platforms such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, and email marketing tools is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary between $3,000 to $4,500 per month, with the possibility of negotiation for exceptional candidates. 10 days of paid time off (PTO) annually.
