We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role JavaJava Production SupportSupport users to resolve issues they face when operating our Java Microservices Applications and implement the features and fixes they need to function correctly, in such a way that the clients receive a reliable and quality service for the Digital Credit Platform of HSBC. We seek for a professional with strong interest for production support at level 1 for this kind of applications.This position will start taking user support activities and when high level of familiarity with the systems had been demonstrated developing in Java.Guide users when the issue can be resolve by themselves.Raise Jira tickets when help from second or third level support is required.Maintain the support for spring MVC, APIs and Java Microservice applications.Implement proper unit testing, integration testing and regression testing for the developed applications.1 years Using Core Java for Produtcion Support for Microsercices applications based on it or +3 years as developer for this kind of applications based on Java.~ Spring framework +2 years of experience as developer but preferably as support engineer~ Spring APIs + 1 year experience whether at development or preferably support.~ Able to keep a fluent conversation in English, both understanding what is being told and expressing ideas clearly to the others.~ Taste for supporting users with IT issues.~ Taste for analysis and investigation.~ Jira.ServiceNow.Agile methodology.Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of leave days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
