Descripción del trabajo Overview The main function of an Instructional Designer is to support the learning organization with the creation of learning tools and content. Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is readily adaptable to changing organizational needs.Excellent teamwork skills and ability to coordinate tasks with others.Committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Understand learner audience and scope of learning from documented Training Needs Analysis Create engaging learning materials using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, WalkMe, etc. Write creative and effective learning objectives, instructional content, audio, and video scripts. Develop exercises and activities that enhance learner engagement Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner Maintain project documentation and course folders Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player open to working with a diverse set of individuals across geographies Enjoys meeting needs/deadlines of projects/initiatives Strong people, problem-solving, and project management skills Strong knowledge of learning theories and adult learning principles needed WalkMe builder experience highly preferred Graphic design experience with the following Adobe products: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop a plus Experience in audio/narration editing a plus Works independently with general supervision Qualifications Undergraduate or Graduate degree in education, communications, instructional technology, or multimedia preferred or related discipline Formal training in training, instructional design, learning technologies, or related field At least 2‑3 years demonstrated proficiency and achievement as an Instructional Designer or professional equivalent Job Types Full‑time, Temporary Contract Length 12 months Salary $27,****** - $63,****** per month Ability to commute/relocate México City, México Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Crear una alerta de empleo para esta búsqueda #J-18808-Ljbffr
