Become a maker of possible with usThe Sr. Manager, BD Excellence LATAM will be responsible to drive the adoption and execution of the BD Excellence vision and strategy in LATAM to support structured growth and innovation across various business and functional areas.Key ResponsibilitiesOwns the deployment of core BD Excellence tools across the assigned Region.Develops and implements a strategic roadmap for process excellence and continuous improvement within the assigned Region.Aligns process improvement initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of process improvement initiatives. Use data-driven insights to drive decisionmaking and continuous improvement.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
