Senior CMDB Developer Hybrid - CDMX (Benito Juarez) and Guadalajara About Us Join a dynamic team, where we drive innovation and deliver outstanding solutions in IT Service Management. We are seeking skilled individuals to be part of our exciting journey Key Responsibilities Execute hands‑on integrations and discovery processes within ServiceNow. Maintain and audit CI data to ensure its accuracy and quality. Develop, document, and implement CI governance processes. Support ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management with a focus on CMDB functionality. Generate CI data health reports, proactively identifying and resolving data gaps. Conduct CI data audits to ensure compliance with established processes. Validate CMDB functionality during ServiceNow upgrades and deployments. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer focusing on ITSM. Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB management and related ITSM processes. Experience in defining and implementing governance processes for CI data. Strong analytical skills to create and monitor CI data health reports. Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) is a plus.
