Role Description We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Associate to join our team in Saltillo, COA. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their preferences, provide expert style advice, and assist in designing custom garments tailored to their needs. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing client appointments, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The role also involves collaborating with the tailoring team, processing transactions, and supporting in‑store operations to contribute to the overall success of Surmesur. Qualifications Experience with customer service, sales, and client relationship management Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabric choices, and garment customization options Skills in communication, interpersonal interactions, and providing personalized style advice Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced retail environment Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience Passion for fashion, tailoring, and design is a significant asset Previous experience in retail or fashion is preferred but not required Proficiency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
