Ese alguien podría ser tú. Estamos buscando un Project Manager Jr con pasión por coordinar, organizar y mantener los proyectos en movimiento, asegurando que se cumplan en tiempo, forma y con calidad. Principales responsabilidades: Crear y mantener cronogramas, listas de tareas y matrices de responsables.

Dar seguimiento constante al avance de actividades, asegurando que los hitos se cumplan. Preparar reportes de estatus, riesgos, cambios y avances para la gerencia. Coordinar reuniones y dar seguimiento a acuerdos y pendientes. Monitorear tiempo, costo y alcance, alertando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones.

Aplicar metodologías PMBOK y ágiles, facilitando ceremonias y manteniendo tableros actualizados. Custodiar documentación de proyecto y asegurar la trazabilidad de requisitos. Gestionar KPIs operativos y preparar informes de desempeño. Lo que buscamos de ti: Capacidad para detectar riesgos, anticipar problemas y proponer soluciones.

Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMBOK, ágiles). Conocimiento en metodologías de Innovación (Design Thinking). Deseable conocimiento en herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Ms Project, Jira, Trello).

Ofrecemos

Nómina quincenal 7,500 MXN. Vales de despensa mensuales. Prestaciones de ley: IMSS, vacaciones, prima vacacional, aguinaldo (45 días). Seguro de vida.

Capacitación continua y oportunidades de crecimiento. Horario laboral Lunes a viernes: 8:30 a.m. a 4:30 p.m. Sábados: 8:30 a.m. a 1:00 p.m.

Requisitos

Educación mínima: educación superior, licenciatura. 1 año de experiencia. Edad: 20 a 50 años. Conocimientos: Kanban, Scrum. Licencia de conducir: B.
