Sr. Quality Engineer Location: Ramos Arizpe, MX, CP Country / Region: MX About the Position In essence, a Senior Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements, while also driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Quality System Management. Process Improvement. Risk Management. Testing and Validation. Auditing and Compliance. Data Analysis. Communication and Collaboration. Project Leadership. Documentation. Requirements Engineering degree is a must. Bilingual. Experience in the Quality area (Min 5 years) / T1 / Automotive Industry. Technical Proficiency Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions. Problem-Solving: Effective problem‑solving skills to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources. Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor team members and guide quality‑related initiatives. Industry Knowledge Familiarity with relevant Automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF, ISO, ISO, VDA, Core Tools, Customer Care).
